office space in Burnley

The purpose built Lancashire Digital Technology Centre (LDTC) offers fully serviced, managed office and business space ranging from 150 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft.

The £4 million state of the art centre was built and is also managed by Barnfield Constuction Limited. The centre is located at the entrance to a 40 acre site also owned by Barnfield Construction and is the first impressive phase of the redevelopment of this major new aerospace business park for Burnley.

The centre was opened in 2004, by Sir Digby Jones, the then Director General of the CBI, who praised Burnley’s investment in business.

The LDTC comprises a two floor facility with a large reception foyer, and courtyard, interactive conference facilities, landscaped gardens, on site parking and 24 hour access & security.

The Centre has a dedicated manager on site during normal office hours to provide a range of support services to tenants. The reception boasts a holographic welcome screen and large plasma screens where tenants can advertise their company and services.
